River Club Policies
Deposits and Cancellation
Summer (non-Festival) & Winter (non-Holiday):
The first nights' stay is due at the time of booking.
The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If
notice of cancellation is received more than 30 days
prior to arrival, the first night's deposit will be forfeited. If notice is received within 30 days
of arrival, all monies will be forfeited.
Festivals & Holidays:
The first nights' stay is due at the time of booking.
The final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If
notice of cancellation is received more than 45 days
prior to arrival, the first night's deposit will be forfeited. If notice is received within 45 days
of arrival, all monies will be forfeited.
Housekeeping
Stays at the River Club include the pre-arrival and check-out cleaning. Other housekeeping services are available a-la-cart. Please contact the concierge at 970-728-3986 for details.
Parking
Valet parking for one vehicle per unit is included in the stay. Garage parking at the River Club is valet only. Oversize vehicle parking is available within walking distance of the River Club. Staff will direct you to additional parking options.
Pets
There are a limited number of dog-friendly condominiums
available; guests who will be bringing their dogs (or birds or iguanas, but not cats) must
make arrangements at the time of booking. There is a
$150/pet non-refundable pet fee that is collected at
the time of check-in.
The River Club is a non-smoking facility.
Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the building
or in the rooms at any time. There is a subtantial penalty
for violation of this policy.
Usage Fees
There is a $20 per night for 2-bedroom condo and $25 per night for 3-bedroom condo usage fee. This fee is collected at the River Club, due upon check-out.
